92NY Residence offers several residence options to meet your budget and living requirements in Manhattan's famous Upper East Side neighborhood. Our residence options are available to interns, students, and/or fully employed individuals. Guests must stay for 30 nights minimum. Below are your four options for fall and spring intern housing at 92NY. Please note that these same room options are available for the summer, with different rates: 

• Single Occupancy Double Room | Inquire for price
  • Approximately 170 square feet 
  • Fully furnished, with two of each: twin-size bed and linens, pillow, desk and desk chair, desk lamp, dresser, two bookshelves, bulletin board, full-length mirror, and wastebasket. Furniture may be rearranged, but not removed completely. 
• Large Single Room | $3,000 for 30-76 nights or $2,495 for 77+ nights | Floor Plan A and Floor Plan B
  • Approximately 128 square feet
  • Fully furnished, with twin-size bed and linens, pillow, desk and desk chair, desk lamp, dresser, two bookshelves, bulletin board, full-length mirror, and wastebasket. 
• Double Room | $2,050 per person for 30-76 nights or $1,795 per person for 77+ nights | Floor Plan A and Floor Plan B
  • Approximately 170 square feet 
  • ​​​​​​Guests must be 25 years or younger 
  • Fully furnished, with two of each: twin-size bed and linens, pillow, desk and desk chair, desk lamp, dresser, two bookshelves, bulletin board, full-length mirror, and wastebasket. 
• Single Room | $2,650 for 30-76 nights or $2,295 for 77+ nights | Floor Plan
  • Approximately 99 square feet 
  • Fully furnished, with twin-size bed and linens, pillow, desk and desk chair, desk lamp, dresser, two bookshelves, bulletin board, full-length mirror, and wastebasket. 

Important Requirements:

• An application is required and a non-refundable administrative fee of $260.00 will be charged providing you meet our eligibility requirements and we can accommodate your housing request. All applicants must also read carefully and agree to our rules and regulations. You may apply using the Apply Now button. 
• As soon as we receive your application, you will receive an email from us acknowledging receipt. If space is available and your application is accepted by the Admissions Committee, you will be asked to pay your first month’s rent as a deposit. The deposit is refundable if you give us at least 30 days' notice of cancellation.
