About Us

Looking for summer housing in Cleveland? Case Western Reserve University Intern Housing offers comfortable, apartment-style living designed for interns! Our housing is open to all interns working in Cleveland and features private, single bedrooms in furnished apartments with shared kitchens. Each bedroom includes a bed, desk, chair, and closet, and apartments come equipped with major appliances. Interns are welcome to bring their own small appliances and cookware to make their space feel like home! 

Intern Housing is available at The Villages at 115 and Triangle Apartments and includes air conditioning, complimentary guest Wi-Fi, and access to a fitness center*. Live alongside other interns in a safe, convenient environment while making the most of your summer experience. 

Interns can enjoy an easy commute, with bus and train stops just a 5 to 10-minute walk from campus, plus the option to sign up for covered parking in an adjacent garage*. Grocery stores, restaurants, and daily essentials are within a 5-minute walk, while Cleveland’s renowned museums, botanical gardens, and cultural attractions, including Little Italy, are just minutes away. Downtown Cleveland is approximately 20 minutes away, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer!

Housing Options

The Village at 115

The Village at 115 offers modern, apartment-style living in a vibrant campus setting. Apartments range in size and layout, all designed to provide private bedrooms, shared living spaces, and full kitchens—ideal for interns seeking comfort, privacy, and community.

Apartments include furnished living areas, full kitchens with major appliances, air conditioning, and secure card-swipe access to both apartments and individual bedrooms. Large windows provide natural light, and layouts vary to accommodate different group sizes.

Located near CWRU athletic fields and adjacent to a fitness center, the community also offers convenient access to on-site amenities and shared spaces across connected buildings.

Triangle Towers

Triangle Towers offers modern, apartment-style living with convenient on-site amenities and professional property management. Operated by Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM), the community offers comfortable, well-supported housing for interns spending the summer in Cleveland.

Apartments feature private bedrooms with built-in closets and shared living spaces furnished with essential common-area furniture. Full kitchens are included in each apartment, offering interns the flexibility to prepare meals during their stay. Central air and heat, and CWRU wireless internet are provided throughout the building.

Maintenance is managed by on-site COCM staff, with 24-hour emergency maintenance available. Custodial services are provided regularly, similar to other facilities.

Please note: Most Triangle apartments do not include overhead lighting. Interns should plan to bring lamps or additional lighting as needed.
