Guests may book a reservation starting as early as today, but please note that we are closed for two weeks over Christmas break. Spring 2022 Intern Housing will start from Sunday, January 2, 2022 through Summer 2022 and will end on Sunday, August 07, 2022. We offer only single occupancy housing due to COVID-19. Online registration is now open! 

Located in northeast Washington D.C. (only three miles north of the U.S. Capitol) and served by the Metrorail Red Line at the Brookland/CUA station, Catholic University is a safe and convenient housing choice. With plenty to do and plenty to offer, your visit and stay in Washington DC for your internship, research placement, co-op, or educational study tour will be well complimented by our beautiful and safe campus, as well as our phenomenal and helpful summer hospitality staff. 

Your $48/night room rate includes access to our laundry facilities, access to campus WiFi, hot breakfast served daily, and cable access (but make sure you bring your TV!). All residence spaces are secured with card access-only exteriors. As a summer guest, you may also purchase rentable linen sets for $60, and you may also rent a minifridge with a microwave unit for the duration of your stay.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, all guests will be issue single accommodation for intern housing.

During the 2022 academic year, Interns will live in the Centennial Village residential area of campus. These singles rooms include a sink that has an adjoining restroom shared with one other room. A thirty (30) nights consecutive stay is required for intern, research, co-op, and educational study tour programs. All residence halls are air-conditioned and have common, single-gender bathrooms on each floor. Residence Hall space includes access to study areas, shared kitchen facilities, vending machines and lounges with televisions.
