Located in downtown Boston in the "Theater District", just a block away from Boston Common and Public Garden and just steps to Downtown Crossing. Emerson is located right on the Red, Green and Orange subway "T" lines, with easy connection to the Blue Line. You can walk to your internship, take the subway, ride your bike, or take the bus. This is the most centralized location you will find.

Here at Emerson you will have your own private air-conditioned room in a suite with 1-2 other visiting interns at our Colonial Building, located at 100 Boylston Street, Boston, MA 02116.

There is a common kitchen with stove-tops and ovens on each floor, in addition to a common living room and laundry facilities. You are welcome to bring your own mini-fridge or rent one through Emerson! All visiting interns will be housed together, creating plenty of opportunity to make lasting friendships and expand your networks!

• Our nightly rates for a double Occupancy Bedroom within a Shared Suite are $75 per night.
• Our nightly rates for a single occupancy within a shared suite are $90 per night.
• There are a limited number of private bedrooms with their own private bathroom for $125/night.
• ALL utilities, taxes, fees and of course, WiFi, are included.
• Emerson typically requires your balance be paid prior to check-in.
