FIU offers flexible move-in and move-out options for summer interns instead of having to secure a short-term lease or sublet. We offer fully furnished summer housing that is built for comfort, convenience, and peace of mind.  Each unit includes utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and is supported by 24-hour security and on-site staff. Guests may bring their own linens, or rent a linen package for $5.00 per night. Linen packages include a pillow, pillowcase, flat sheet, fitted sheet, towel, and comforter. REGISTER NOW to lock in your 2026 intern housing.
