Residents have access to a wealth of green space with picnic tables and built-in grills as well as a recreation area with a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, a soccer field and tennis courts.

All utilities, including air conditioning, wireless internet, and digital cable television access, are provided free of charge.

Laundry machines are on-site. Mail service is available. 24-hour campus security is provided by Furman Police. Ample on-site parking is provided free of charge.

For an additional fee you can also take advantage of our on-site fitness center and dining hall.
