Payment Methods
Resident room options include quad (a large room shared with 4 residents), triple (a good sized room with 3 residents), double (a room with 2 residents), and single rooms. While most of our rooms are share rooms, the furniture is arranged in a way to create as much privacy to each resident. Rooms are furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and closet for each residents.

Additional information about our buildings: I House-DC is made up of three buildings: the Main Building, Van Slyck, and Marpat. The Main Building and Van Slyck are attached and Marpat is just behind the Main Building and Van Slyck alleyway. Residents in all three buildings share a common areas including the dining room.
