Welcome to The Marq!
The Marq offers on-campus and upscale apartments for juniors, seniors, and graduate/professional students. Our partnership with Marquette University, we are able to combine independence of apartment living with support and services that only Marquette can offer. The residence has an on-site manager, a 24-hour desk staff, and a dedicated maintenance and management team.
We are managed by Capstone on Campus Management (COCM), a company of student housing professionals who work with both universities and owners – to leverage campus housing to do great things: enhancing student recruitment and retention and improving student satisfaction and success. COCM focuses on the facilities aspects of The Marq. (maintenance, pets, parking, laundry, custodial services)
