About Us

Merrimack College offers safe, convenient and fully furnished summer housing for students completing internships in the Greater Boston and Merrimack Valley areas. Located north of Boston, the campus provides easy access to major employers, a supportive residential community and amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, fitness facilities, dining options and secure residence halls and is conveniently located near major highways with easy access to the MBTA. Merrimack is in a location like no other. In half an hour, you can be in a major city, on a beach, at a mall or on a hiking trail. When planning your visit to campus, be sure to explore beyond the campus to experience everything New England has to offer like a true Warrior.

Downtown Andover – 4 mins/1 mile: Just a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride from campus, downtown Andover is a charming town center frequented by Merrimack students, home to many restaurants, cafes and shops. The MBTA commuter rail stops here, providing an easy way to explore all of Greater Boston by train.

Boston – 30-45 mins/23 miles: New England’s largest city has something for everyone! Have an Italian feast in the North End, go shopping on Newbury Street, catch a game at TD Garden or Fenway Park or explore history along the Freedom Trail.
