Intern Housing is located in Eastview on the York Hill Campus. These apartment-style suites feature two separate full bathrooms, a full kitchen (stove and full-size fridge), and a furnished common area. 

If you’re looking for a quiet place to recharge, the York Hill Campus offers some of the best sunset views in the state. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a long day at the office.

Pricing:
  • Rate: $350 per week 
  • Fees: A $50 non-refundable housing fee is required for non-QU students to hold a reservation.
Room & Building Features: 
  • Fully Air-Conditioned: All residence halls are climate-controlled
  • Furnished Living: Bedrooms include a twin extra-long bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe. Common areas include a table, chairs, and soft seating.
  • Connectivity: Free high-speed wireless internet is included.
  • On-Site Laundry: Access to free laundry facilities within the building.
  • Fitness & Recreation: Complimentary membership to the RecWell (Recreation/Fitness Center) on the main campus, plus access to outdoor basketball/volleyball courts and walking trails.
Dining & Parking:
  • Self-Catering: All units feature full kitchens. Guests should bring their own cooking utensils and food. Campus dining options are limited during the summer months.
  • Welcome to utilize the dining hall on the Mount Carmel Campus (located 5 minutes away) during the month of July - debit or credit cards accepted.
  • Parking: Free, convenient parking is available at Eastview (registration required).
  • Accessibility: Easy access to I-91, I-95, and the Merritt Parkway for easy commuting to internship sites.
Policies: 
  • Payment: For non-QU students, full payment is due at least two weeks prior to arrival. Employer sponsorship/direct billing options are available.
  • Cancellations: Full refund (minus the $50 fee) if cancelled prior to two weeks prior.  No refunds if less than two weeks prior to arrival.
  • Maintenance: Guests are responsible for cleaning their own units and providing their own linens/bedding.
  • Guests: Overnight guests who are not registered for summer housing are not permitted.
