Residence & Conference Centre – King City, located on the Seneca College King City Campus, is surrounded by 282 hectares of green space, offers ease of access to York Region whilst also giving the feeling and relaxation of a rural getaway. We have all suite hotel-like facilities that are made available to the general public as an affordable accommodation provider during the summer months.

Our residence offers in excess of 100 two-bedroom suite style accommodations all with private washroom and kitchenette.

In addition to overnight stays, the residence offers meeting space with audio-visual and on-campus food services available.

Our meeting and conference facilities are popular for their group-friendliness and offer affordable conveniences and amenities.

Residence & Conference Centre – King City is conveniently located minutes away from Aurora, and a short-trip top Newmarket and Richmond Hill. With easy access to Hwy#400 our residence provides an affordable alternative to hotel’s near Canada’s Wonderland and Vaughan Mills Mall.

Our suites are available from May to August. Each has two separate bedrooms to give guests privacy. Furnished with double beds, A kitchenette (complete with a microwave and refrigerator) allows you to dine in and avoid the added expense of eating at a restaurant every night — all that you will need to bring is a set of utensils and a private three-piece bathroom right within your suite.
