About Us

The Ohio State University Office of Student Life Events and Conferences offers a unique 12-week summer housing program for interns, researchers, and other guests from Mid-May through the beginning of August. Participants do not need to be an Ohio State University student to enroll in our Summer Intern Housing Program. In fact, that is why this program exists, to offer affordable, short term housing for students across the world to support their learning at an internship and to support the students of OSU and their internships.

The Ohio State University, a vibrant academic haven nestled in heart of Columbus, Ohio has a legacy spanning over 150 years. Our sprawling campus is centrally located within Columbus, in close proximity to the Short North Arts District, the vibrant nightlife of downtown, shopping districts, and hundreds of central Ohio companies.

All Summer Housing participants will reside in on-campus buildings designated specifically for the program. Participants in this program must be at least 18 years of age or older and must stay for at least a two day period.

The Office of Student Life Events and Conferences has the resources to help you set up a first-rate Summer Housing experience and make the most of your time in Columbus, Ohio and the surrounding areas.
