How do I apply for Intern Housing?

To request intern housing, please complete page 4 of the Reservation Request Form and email it to conferences@tulane.edu. 

I am not sure that I am eligible for Intern Housing. What can I do? 

If you are unclear about your eligibility for intern housing, please contact the Conference & Hub Coordinator at conferences@tulane.edu, and we can discuss your unique circumstances. 

I represent a company that would like to reserve space for housing several interns at Tulane. 

We are happy to provide housing for interns for New Orleans companies! The company representative can complete page 3 of the Reservation Request Form and email it to conferences@tulane.edu. 

Will I have a roommate?

Interns can select both single- and double-occupancy rooms on the reservation form. If a double-occupancy space is selected, a roommate may be assigned to the same space. However, interns may have 1 to 3 suitemates who share the bathroom and common areas. 

Can I request a roommate? 

Yes. Mutual roommate or suitemate requests can be submitted on the reservation form, and we will work to assign mutual requests together. 

When will I receive my housing assignment? Am I able to contact my roommates and suitemates ahead of time? 

Room and suitemate assignments are usually finalized in early May, and interns will be notified of any roommates or suitemates at that time.
