In contrast to hotels or typical apartments, intern housing provided by UCF offers the opportunity to save money while staying in a convenient location with no long-term commitment. Early Access Applications are open NOW on our website. Complete the informational section of the application as early as today, and be the first to know when the full application (2-week prepayment + Housing Agreement) goes live. Completion of the full application is required to officially hold bed space.

 

Any individual who is NOT currently enrolled at a higher education institution (traveling nursers, post-doctoral scholars, etc.) will be subject to taxes in addition to the nightly rate. Contact ConferenceHousing@ucf.edu for details.

On-Site Amenities

Each apartment has two (2) bathrooms and four (4) furnished single bedrooms that include an extra-long twin bed, dresser, desk, side table, and chair. Each bedroom is hard-keyed independently, and a key card is utilized for the front shared door. The shared living spaces include a stove, refrigerator, table, four chairs, and a love seat. Please note that the kitchens do NOT include a microwave. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included as well, with no cap.

Linens are NOT included but can be rented for an additional fee of $40.00 per set. Interns are responsible for laundering any linens during use and prior to returning. Linen sets include: one (1) pillow, one (1) pillowcase, one (1) fitted sheet, one (1) flat sheet, one (1) blanket, one (1) disposable bathmat, one (1) soap bar, two (2) washcloths, two (2) hand towels, and two (2) bath towels.

A summer membership with the UCF Recreation and Wellness Center (RWC) is available to purchase for an additional fee of $50.00. Just bring your current institutions student ID with you to the front desk of the RWC to register. Amenities include: a full gym, indoor track, indoor rock-climbing wall, lap pool, leisure pool, indoor basketball court, indoor Raquetball court, and outdoor intramural fields. John C. Hitt Library is open to the public, and therefore can be used by interns staying on campus for the summer. It is within walking distance from Housing accommodations. Hours can be viewed here: https://library.ucf.edu/
