Vanderbilt University is a private research university in Nashville, Tennessee.  Comprised of 10 schools of colleges, Vanderbilt is situated on a beautiful 330 acre campus - an accredited arboretum - in the middle of a dynamic and vibrant downtown neighborhood. As the symbol for Southern cosmopolitan charm, Nashville knows how to shine on the international stage while retaining the hospitality that quickly turns new arrivals into locals. While you are as likely to hear hip-hop as honky-tonk country or discover an up-and-coming ethnic restaurant beside a classic Nashville meat-and-three, you can just as easily catch an NFL or NHL game, wander through an art exhibit, or take in the symphony, all practically on the same block.

The Vanderbilt University Office of Conferences offers a unique 10-week summer housing program for summer academic non-Vanderbilt interns and researchers from Sunday, May 29, 2022 through Saturday, August 6, 2022 for qualified college students. Eligible individuals must be enrolled in a degree-seeking program and actively involved in a summer research or internship program that has an educational component in the Nashville area.
