Vanderbilt University is a private research university in Nashville, Tennessee. Vanderbilt Conferences and events offer a unique 10-week summer housing program for summer academic interns and researchers from Sunday, May 24, 2026, through Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 11 AM for qualified college students. Eligible individuals must be enrolled in a degree-seeking program and actively involved in a summer research or internship program that has an educational component in the Nashville area.

Modern amenities and utilities are included in the daily rate. This consists of a furnished bedroom, kitchens and laundry facilities on-site, study spaces, TV hook-ups, and high-speed wireless internet access. All rooms are clean, furnished, and air-conditioned.
Bedrooms are doubles and include two twin beds, two dressers, a closet, two desks, and two desk chairs. University furniture may not be removed for any reason. We match you with roommates and suitemates that are in a similar internship experience.
Singles are available for those with medical accommodation needs and require documentation.
The suite’s common areas include one lounge chair, one love seat, an eat-in bar top area with two chairs, one coffee table, and a kitchen, including stove/oven range. Kitchens do not come equipped with pots and pans or cooking utensils. Each suite also has one shared bathroom. Custodial service is provided in the bathroom once weekly and toilet paper is also provided.
