About Us
Villanova University’s Summer Intern Housing Program allows out-of-town students to consider the Greater Philadelphia area for summer internships, knowing that they can secure high-quality, safe, affordable housing near their places of employment.

Payment Methods
If you have been hired by Vanguard/GSK/Graham Partners, please register for housing through your assigned intern housing portal. Reach out to your company contact for assistance.
Weekly Rate is $275.00 with a onetime $115.00 registration fee.
The apartments include two or four bedrooms (standard or extra-long twin-size beds per bedroom), 1.5 bathrooms (one tub/shower combo w/ toilet and one toilet), two vanity sinks, a living/dining area and a kitchenette (microwave, fridge). No cookware/dishes/utensils are provided for the kitchen area.
Interns share apartments, two people to an apartment, each assigned their own bedroom. Each of the occupants must submit a separate online housing registration.
The same roommate request must be made by each of the occupants involved. Co-Ed requests cannot be honored. If no apartment roommate is requested, one will be assigned, if possible, from the same company.
