Our fully furnished apartments provide a home-like environment with all the essential amenities needed for a productive and enjoyable internship experience in a familiar campus environment.

In Summer 2026, Xavier University offers corporate partners the opportunity to reserve blocks of on-campus residence hall rooms as part of their intern housing packages. This option allows organizations to provide their interns with safe, convenient, and fully furnished accommodations just minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Housing includes air-conditioned rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, access to campus amenities, and 24/7 security, creating a comfortable living environment that supports productivity and well-being. By including campus housing as part of an internship compensation package, companies can enhance their recruitment appeal, simplify logistics, and help interns focus on making the most of their summer experience. Primarily four-bedroom apartments, but limited three-bedroom apartments are available.
