The Academic and Residential Complex (ARC) is the newest living-learning residential community located near Harrison and Morgan Streets near downtown Chicago.  The 10-story building provides residential accommodations for approximately 550 students in a traditional residence hall style environment.  Within the residential component, there are multiple social and/or gaming lounges, study lounges on each floor and free laundry facilities. 

The Academic & Residential Complex is LEED Gold certified by the US Green Building Council.
