Double Occupancy Rooms at Hult House are designed to balance comfort and a sense of personal space. Each resident is provided with a dedicated Twin XL bed, dresser, desk, and chair, along with additional drawer storage. You will share the room and in-unit bathroom with one other participant in the Summer Housing program.

The private bathroom includes a standing shower, toilet, and sink, complemented by the building’s modern amenities. Pricing is per person and includes all utilities, service and maintenance, 24-hour security, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Please note that linens, towels, and personal items are not included.
