Double Occupancy Apartments at Hult House provide a balanced living experience offering both privacy and shared community space. Each resident has their own private, lockable bedroom, while sharing a kitchenette and bathroom with one other member of the Summer Housing program.

The kitchenette is equipped with a counter-height refrigerator, electric stovetop, and convection microwave, ideal for light and convenient meal preparation. The shared bathroom includes a full shower, sink, and toilet.

Pricing is per person and includes all utilities, service and property maintenance, 24-hour security, and high-speed Wi‑Fi. Please note that linens, towels, and personal items are not included.
