The Villas at USC Upstate's two-bedroom apartment-style housing is fully furnished, includes a kitchen, and features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Limited single- and double-room options are available, and handicap-accessible units are offered.

Apartments are equipped with major kitchen appliances (full-size refrigerator, microwave, and oven), extra-long twin mattresses, a sofa and chair in the living area, and expanded cable. Basic electricity, water service, on-site garbage containers, and access to the University’s Wi-Fi are included. Laundry facilities are conveniently located at each landing and are monitored online via LaundryAlert.
