We are excited to offer our summer housing and conferencing opportunities through our three campus residence halls – the Artists’ Residence, the Tree House, and Smith Hall. All three residence halls offer comfortable, convenient, and affordable summer housing options for you or your group. Our convenient location within Boston grants easy access to the MBTA green line, making our summer housing residents minutes away from nearby downtown shopping, restaurants, historical locations, and entertainment venues. With the variety of amenities across our three residence halls and location in Boston, we feel that summer housing at MassArt offers a unique experience of the city of Boston in summer!

Our summer housing program is operational from June 1st - August 15th (housing agreement start and end dates are flexible within this time period). In order to inquire about our rates and availability, please email capstonemanagement@massart.edu and provide your number of participants, dates of stay, housing preference, conferencing needs (spaces and any specifics), and election of a linen rental package. Please note that we have an application deadline of May 1st, 2024. Any requests for summer housing following this deadline will be accommodated based on operational capacity.
