RISD is excited to welcome you to Providence, a hub of diversity, arts and culture.  We are conveniently located in the heart of downtown Providence, and with a bustling downtown and convenient public transit, you are sure to have plenty to do and see.  Unique to RISD is the RISD Museum, one of the largest art museums in the United States.  It boasts several displays and collections of fine art and design.  If you are looking to get out of the city, Rhode Island is home to over 400 miles of coast line with top rated beaches and attractions, including Historic Newport. And as an added bonus, RISD is also less than an hour away from Boston, with a direct line from Providence.

Located at 15 Westminster in Downtown Providence, our 15 West building offers 2-4 air conditioned bedroom suites, which include a furnished living area, bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette. 

Pricing:  $65 per night; $364 per week

 

Meal plan

RISD offers dining plans for those staying in the residential halls.  These plans are pre-paid and redeemable at our Metcalf Refectory Dining Hall (additional fee applies)
