The University Villas are 2-4 bedroom townhouses in a gated community. The homes are fully furnished with full size beds. Individual bedrooms are secured with an electronic access control. Amenities include a private parking lot, outdoor barbecue and picnic areas. Townhomes are all equipped with gourmet kitchens that feature granite counters, stainless appliances, and cherry cabinets. Each townhouse is also equipped with an in-unit washer & dryer.
