GW will be fully open for Summer 2024 and we are excited to welcome summer guests and groups to campus.

GW Summer Housing takes great pride in offering convenient, flexible, and affordable housing. Our reservation process makes it easy to secure housing in Washington DC and request other services to round out your summer stay.

Our various housing options offer amenities and living styles for every need all while being fully immersed in one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

  • Long-Term Stay reservations have a 6-week minimum stay requirement and a 10-week maximum.

Housing Options

We organize our residence halls into distinct categories. While each of our halls is unique, guests will find common amenities among the halls represented within each category. Our individual housing rates vary based on the level of amenities and length of stay.

Rates do not include the 15.95% District of Columbia Gross Sales Tax. Review the qualifications to see if you can be considered for tax exemption.
