Federal Hall is American University's suite style living option.  At $445/week (six week minimum), Federal Hall spaces are fitted with a minifridge and microwave, shower, and bathroom.  Rooms in Federal Hall are single occupancy and are fully furnished with a twin sized bed.  The residence hall is accessible only by key cards distributed by American University only, bedroom doors are also key card accessible (only to the individual registered in the room). A lounge, laundry room, trash room, and kitchen can be found on each floor of the residence hall.
